I am a pretty mellow person, please be respectful to me , and my art. Do not steal. Anyone who steals my work, specially to claim it as their own, will be hunted down ,
drug to a field and beat with a tire. :(
Can I use your artwork for my own purpose?
If you like a piece and wish to use it for your own personal purpose, I would be very thankful if you ask permission to use it.
Commissioned pieces may not in any means be used as an avatar or signature without the permission of the customer.
If you choose to use my own work I ask you not to alter or change the work in any way and to display a link to my site with the stated understanding that it is not your original artwork.
Can I use your image(s) in my signature?
I do allow the use of some of my art under the following restrictions:
* For non-profit use only.
* Cropping and proportional resizing only.
* © Adiene (Krista Holewinske) across the images
* A link back to my website ( http://morbidmystic.com )
* No commissioned pieces is to be used.
* Do not direct link images on my site.
Your screenshot art isn’t against copyright law(s)?
Tho I do not own copyright to any Sony or Blizzard screenshots and or models,
the art that I do create from that image in turn becomes my own.
For usage of Everquest graphics, please refer to Sony Online Entertainment General Terms and Conditions Section 5,

“SOE hereby grants to each EverQuest account subscriber that is in good standing and with the grant automatically
revoked as of the moment that the subscriber’s account is no longer in good standing (an “EQ Subscriber”), a limited,
personal, nonexclusive, nontransferable, nonassignable and fully revocable license to use (a) the EverQuest name, and
(b) trademarks and copyrighted material from EverQuest including NPC names and images, diety and monster names and images,
geographical names, item names and images, character names and images, background art, and screenshots containing any of
the foregoing…”
What software/tools do you use?
I use a Wacom tablet, HP psc 750 to scan my hand drawn images over, Poser 6 (for 3d works) and usualy end up using PSP8 I have other programs such as PS and CS but I always tend to go back to the PSP versions. Don’t know why, .. I guess I’m more comfortable on them since I first started learning on PSP 5 awhile back
Do you take requests? How much do you charge?
Yes. I do take requests/commisions. Due to the amount of requests being taken the wait for the finished project can take anywhere from a week to 4 weeks. For more information on requests please choose from the menu to your left.
